REGA DANCE STUDIO is a Rhythmic Gymnastics Studio located in Mondeor, Johannesburg South. We offer classes for girls from 4 years old. We are competitive studio that participates in competitions under the South African Federation of Gymnastics and the Central Gauteng Gymnastics Association.

Every gymnast should strive to do routines, movements and elements to the best of their ability. They should look confident in the way they dance and dress. For this reason compulsory uniform is to be worn to every dance class.
The word REGA is a greek word meaning 'moment'. As REGA Rhythmic Gymnastics Club we believe that every girl has a specific moment to shine and if they miss it, it may never come back again. For this reason we encourage and empower all the gymnasts to capture every moment as it comes. The Sky is the limit!!!
